I began my career in the real estate industry in 2004 at a local real estate company in the Escrow Department. During my tenure there I conducted training's, all the while enhancing processes to help guarantee the success of nearly 1,000 real estate agents. I audited contracts for the direct purpose of broker risk management. Throughout my career, I was recognized as the “go-to” person to create an airtight file that allowed agents to be paid on time.
During my Escrow Department career, I obtained my real estate license and was recruited by one of the top producing offices to work full-time as their Transaction Coordinator. Through my proven, energetic efforts, I have increased the use of my services by 60% over the first 3 years. This success is due solely to my high level of service and dedication to my clients.
My experience allows me to navigate seamlessly through all real estate transactions. My thorough knowledge of Multi-Family, Land, Commercial, Investment, Probate, Executor, and Trust Sale transactions has allowed me to assist a variety of agents that would be wasting their time on paperwork. With my services, even the simplest sale or purchase, guarantees real estate professionals more time generating business and less time chasing paperwork.
Most recently, I have begun to expand my services to real estate agents, outside of my broker at the time, through my company Platinum TC Services.
