TC Tip to keep your file compliant

Hello Agents,

As we just had a rollout of new, updated, or revised forms for DRE, here is the best tip to keep your file compliant. In CAR/Zipforms/Winforms (whichever platform you prefer to use), make a new transaction file in your account. The updated/revised forms will only populate the newest version of the form if you had the file open prior to the release date of 6-20-22. If you had any forms in your file you can delete and re-add all of them on every transaction file.

Some of the major forms that you want to make sure you have the most current version per the RPA are:

  • Residential Purchase Agreement

  • Seller Property Questionnaire

  • Fire Home Harding

  • Seller in Possession

  • Additional Broker Acknowledgement

  • Cancellation of Escrow

  • Fair Housing & Discrimination Advisory

  • Residential Listing Agreement

  • Request for Repairs

  • Seller's Response to Request for Repairs

  • Statewide Seller & Buyer Advisory

  • Seller Multiple Counter Offer

  • Wildfire Advisory

  • Fair Appraisal Act Addendum

But of course, you would only need 10% of these forms in your files if you used Platinum TC Services!
